On a day full of colours, laughter, dancing, and treats, MiCrédito celebrated Nicaraguan Children’s Day!
The sons and daughters of MiCrédito’s staff also enjoyed a piñata made in the form of our mascot. The institution wanted to put on this event to show that MiCrédito cares about the unity and well-being of the families of our staff.
The children had the opportunity to spend a day working with their mother or father where they learned about the daily work that they do to ensure that their children have an excellent standard of living.
“This event made me feel extremely grateful because it showed that the institution wants to make our children feel included,” said Grethel Meza, MiCrédito’s financial manager.
2015 marked the first year that MiCrédito celebrated Children’s Day with our staff in Managua. This year, the event was extended to include all of MiCrédito’s 11 branches, after seeing the positive impact of last year’s event.
