Through this program, MiCrédito senior staff instructs classes on a wide variety of topics including accounting, credit management, risk and compliance, customer service, and inter-personal communication. These classes are held on Saturdays in Managua, León, Estelí, and Masaya through partnerships with different universities. During the week, the diploma students participate in a cooperative education placement in one of MiCrédito's branch offices where they are able to put into practice what they have learned in class.

Through this program, MiCrédito offers full scholarships which include the cost of the course and materials, graduation fees, and a weekly stipend for food and transportation. The scholarships are targeted to young Nicaraguans with few economic resources that wish to become microfinance professionals.
