Rights of the Client

All clients of MiCrédito have these rights:

  • To freely select the amount and conditions of microcredit offered by MiCrédito which best fits his/her needs and possibilities;

  • To receive, without any distinctions, quality service and respectful treatment;

  • To present claims, in a free manner, before MiCrédito and to receive a prompt and comprehensive response,

  • To present to CONAMI claims which were not dealt with promptly, with a negative response by MiCrédito or in cases where the user disagrees with the response provided by MiCrédito.
