Since its foundation almost two decades ago, MiCredito has always been an institution that has been characterized by its concern for the well-being of its employees at an integral level. Thus, every year in December, the team joins its efforts to celebrate the commitment and performance of the work teams in Nicaragua and Costa Rica.
This past December, MiCrédito dressed up with the celebration of "Christmas Spirit Day," in which the institution gave each employee a Christmas basket with food products, and gifts were also given to the sons and daughters of the employees to strengthen the unity of the MiCrédito family further.
