The Diploma of Finance, with an emphasis in Microfinance, is the study program of 48 MiCrédito employees. This is including Integral Client Advisors and Coordinators, thanks to a scholarship granted by the institution at the International University for Sustainable Development (Unides).
This diploma is carried out within the framework of the 17-year campaign of MiCrédito and is a recognition of the hard work carried out by these key personnel from the 12 branches in Nicaragua.
"We intend to enhance the professional profile of the staff and their capabilities of each of our collaborators," shared Moisés Valle, Operations Manager of MiCrédito at the opening ceremony of the diploma.
